Example
Your purchase your new home for $250,000.00.
The seller advertises 2.80% commission to the selling agent. The selling agent brokerage firm credits you 15%, or $1,050.00 at closing!
(e.g. $250,000 X 2.80% = $7,000.00 x 15% = $1,050.00)

Registration

Exclusive Right
This offer is VOID if you are currently party to an agreement with another RealtorŪ or real estate brokerage firm. In order to receive the advertised credit at closing, you agree to enter into an Exclusive Right to Buy, and/or Exclusive Right to Sell listing agreement with an affiliated agent and their respective brokerage firm for a period of at least 6 months. Success
Offer not valid for properties with a purchase price of less than $100,000. Rebate amount on properties with a purchase price of less than $100,000 is at the discretion of the agent in conjunction with the client. Property must successfully close and fund in order for buyer to receive advertised credit. Seller rebate to be given as a reduction of the negotiated commission paid to the listing agent. Payment for Buyer credit will be in the form of a contribution towards allowable closing costs. Offer subject to lender approval. Seller rebate will be given as a reduction in the negotiated sales commission. Subject to broker approval.
Disclosure
Rebate payment shall be fully disclosed to all agents, lenders, title companies, and all other parties involved with the transaction. We abide by all disclosure rules and laws. Buyer credits shall appear on the HUD1 as a contribution towards buyer closing costs by the selling agent. Seller credit shall be approved by the managing broker of the firm representing the seller and shall be given as a reduction of the agreed sales commission.
